Shipping Policy

We aim to ship off the shelf and in stock items within 24 hours of order, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

If you have ordered custom made windows and doors, the lead time can be 2-3 week for most products however if you order custom RAL colours, large width doors over 6 metres in width the lead time can be up to 6 weeks.
